Residential Water Treatment
Your household water can contain many different impurities, including sediment, heavy metals, minerals, chemicals, and other pollutants that can give it a foul odor, unpleasant taste, or a cloudy appearance. Bacteria, viruses, cysts, and corroding metal pipes that leach lead, copper, and other metals into the water can make you sick.
Our wide range of Kinetico® brand water softeners, reverse osmosis drinking water systems, and whole-house water filters use advanced filtration technology that removes up to 99% of contaminants in your well or city water, ensuring your family always has access to clean, odor-free, and better-tasting water for beverages, cooking, cleaning, and other household uses.
Whole-House Water Softener
Hard water is a common problem for homeowners throughout Southeast Florida. It causes annoying scaling, staining, and spotting that damages plumbing, appliances, and laundry.
Our whole-home water softener is installed at the point-of-entry for your home's main water supply. It uses an ion-exchange process that automatically replaces the hard mineral ions with soft sodium ions to reduce water hardness. It will automatically adjust the amount of sodium required depending on your water hardness. The system drains impurities, and clear, soft, and healthy water is available at every faucet in your home.
Our whole-home water softener can be combined with specialized water filters and reverse osmosis drinking water system for a complete whole home water filtration and purification solution. Single-tank and multi-tank options are available to meet the water demands of any household size.
The system will automatically clean and regenerate itself while minimizing waste.
Water Filtration Options
In addition to ion-exchange and reverse osmosis, we also have specialized water filters for more complex water filtration needs such as chlorine, sulfur water, cloudy water, and foul odors and taste that can occur in private wells and city water. Our trained water specialists will help customize a residential water treatment solution that is best for you.
Arsenic Guard®: Our arsenic filter works continuously in the background to remove potentially harmful arsenic levels from your water.
Chloramine Reduction System (CRS): Our chloramine reduction system works with your water softener to remove chloramine along with its unpleasant odor and taste that this municipal water disinfectant can cause.
Dechlorinator: Our dechlorinator works with your water softener to provide chlorine-free water to every faucet. It also protects the water softener from chlorine’s harmful effects.
Macrolite™: Macrolite is a specialized backwashing filter that significantly reduces the dissolved solids and particulates in the water that cause low turbidity (cloudy water).
Sulfur Guard™: Sulfur Guard is a backwashing filter that removes hydrogen sulfide in the water and its pungent “rotten egg” odor and sour taste.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) Systems
Our reverse-osmosis (RO) water filtration system significantly improves water quality by removing many different contaminants in the water, including sediment, chemicals, bacteria, viruses, cysts, and dissolved solids in a single solution. It works continuously to provide a virtually unlimited supply of purified drinking water at the faucet. It is typically installed under the kitchen sink, but it can be installed practically anywhere in your home that purified water is desired.
